Hope, Healing and Fulfillment

It is scary to seek help and think about being vulnerable to a stranger.  But even coming to this website to get more information means that there is a part of you crying for help.  This is the time to start something new and give yourself an opportunity to break every chain.  God has not created us to live in fear, anxiety, isolation, sadness or anger.  The enemy could have gained ground in the past, by intimidating you or limiting your growth and gifts.  No matter what your age is, how long you have been in ministry, or the severity of your trauma, this could be a tool that could bring you healing and fulfillment.

Shifting the current shame, sadness and worry into self-awareness, self-confidence, faith and peace, will bring many healthy transitions to your life, including your family, your ministry and friendships.  You will no longer feel that you are falling in between the cracks.  Rather, you feel in control as God has given you the authority and strength to overcome doubt and guilt.

You are Strong

You are a strong, selfless, caring woman, who values your spiritual beliefs.  You love those around you and give all of you. You might not always see how you manage to keep it all together.  Maybe you have noticed a decrease on your level of energy and motivation; and rather, an increase in worry, loneliness, sadness and shame.  It could be confusing to serve God, love others and yet feel emptiness and hopelessness.

Finding Healthy Balance

There is a healthy balance between insight, spirituality, and emotional maturity.  Together we can help you find the life experiences that might have prevented this healthy balance, which as a result, may have hindered your full happiness, joy and intimate relationships.  For some, this therapeutic experience may include processing previous trauma, identifying origin of unhappiness or insecurities.  For others, this may mean setting healthier boundaries, practicing assertiveness, establishing self-care routines or redefining life goals and priorities.

Moving Forward

After working together, you should be able to learn aspects of yourself which you might not have known existed.  As a result, you should feel confident, empowered and energized to serve God and others at your full potential.  This self-awareness and mindfulness should also allow you to create meaningful and healthy relationships. Moving forward, you can have the tools to face on distress and conflict, confidently knowing that you are stronger.
